Hello! My name is Stephanie White, and I am truly honored to serve as the CEO and founder of three organizations close to my heart. In Oregon, we have UR’ Billing Solution LLC (URBS), which extends billing services to healthcare providers across all 50 states. Additionally, in Oregon and Washington, our nonprofit, UR’ Medical Career Solution Program (CPS), and Black Men & Women In Training LLC, affectionately known as BMWIT, provide critical support as a Mental Health and Wellness Group Practice. At BMWIT, our mission is to create a safe and welcoming space where everyone can feel comfortable expressing themselves. I understand what it feels like to be overlooked and unheard, having faced those feelings myself while working in various organizations. It has always been my aspiration to change the narrative and enhance the way healthcare is delivered, especially to those who are often marginalized—making sure that everyone, especially the most vulnerable, receives the care they deserve. Fueled by this passion, I pursued my education, earning a bachelor’s degree in Science, Health and Administration, with a minor in Health and Management. Nevertheless, even after attaining leadership positions, I often found doors closed when it came to implementing meaningful changes. Being the sole Black woman in many settings, I frequently felt invisible, which only deepened my resolve to create a practice that truly values each individual’s experience. At BMWIT, we want to emphasize that you are an essential part of your treatment journey. We are dedicated to ensuring that you feel seen, heard, and respected. Our approach to mental health and wellness is inclusive, recognizing and advocating for our culturally specific BIPOC community. Up to 300 claims included in the flat fee. Over 300 we charge $7.00 per claim and $ 8.00 per patient statement and $10.00 per patient collections statement.
